I respectfully offer the following clarification: the ceremony date, 18 May 2026, falls in the middle of my proposed travel dates, and my itinerary shows arrival three days prior and departure four days after, consistent with a short family visit. I now additionally enclose a confirmation letter from the university stating the ceremony date and my brother's enrolment.

Ground 9 — "Your intention to leave the territory of the Member States before the expiry of the visa could not be ascertained." I have been employed as a senior engineer at Crescent Engineering Ltd, Islamabad, for eight years. I now enclose an updated letter from my employer confirming my approved leave and my required return-to-work date of 26 May 2026. I also enclose ownership documents for my house in Islamabad, where my wife and two children reside. These documents were not part of my original application and are submitted as new evidence of my ties to Pakistan.

I would also respectfully note, for clarification, that the bank statement in my original file was my salary account; a secondary savings account with a lower balance may have been the one reviewed.

In light of the above, I kindly request a re-examination of my application. The enclosed documents comprise the university's confirmation letter, my employer's updated leave letter, and my property ownership documents. I remain at your disposal for any further information.
